LENEL (LNL-X2220) Intelligent Dual Reader Controller –

The Lenel LNL-X2220 is an intelligent dual reader controller for the LenelS2 OnGuard access control platform. Specifically, it interfaces one or two doors to the OnGuard system on a single board. Therefore, it combines reader control and decision-making in one device.

First, the controller runs on 12 or 24 VDC power. In addition, it includes on-board Ethernet for host communication. As a result, it connects directly to the OnGuard network without a separate interface.

What the Lenel LNL-X2220 Manages

The controller carries two on-board reader ports. Furthermore, it provides eight inputs and four output relays. Therefore, it can monitor door contacts and request-to-exit devices while driving strikes. In addition, it supports up to 32 downstream devices for system growth.
