The Gamewell ATD-L3H is a high-temperature addressable thermal heat detector in the Velociti Series 3. First, it provides fixed-temperature detection at 190°F (88°C). In addition, the bright white housing blends into most ceilings. As a result, it suits warmer spaces that would trip lower-rated detectors.
Gamewell ATD-L3H features
The detector continually monitors temperature and reports it to the panel. Furthermore, dual LEDs provide 360-degree visibility. They flash green when polled and turn red during an alarm. Also, rotary decimal switches set the device address. Therefore, the panel can pinpoint each detector’s location.
Applications and compatibility
The ATD-L3H suits high-temperature areas such as mechanical and electrical rooms. Specifically, it works with Gamewell-FCI addressable panels using Velociti communication. However, confirm your panel supports Series 3 detectors first. Finally, choose this model where ambient heat rules out a 135°F detector.
