The Bosch D1260W is an alphanumeric LCD keypad for security systems. It controls and monitors Bosch G Series control panels. First, an illuminated keypad makes entry easy. As a result, users operate the system quickly, even in low light.

This keypad uses a four-line by 20-character LCD. In addition, plain-language text shows system status clearly. The layout includes ten numeric keys and two function keys. It also adds eight soft keys for menu-driven commands. Furthermore, a built-in sounder emits eight distinct warning tones.
Power and specifications
The D1260W runs on a nominal 12 VDC. Specifically, it draws 200 mA in standby and 250 mA maximum. It connects over the Bosch SDI data bus. Then the white classic housing measures about 4.3 x 7.9 x 1 in. Finally, the unit weighs roughly 15.5 oz.
