Fire-Lite BB-26 Battery Backbox
The Fire-Lite BB-26 is a steel battery backbox for fire alarm standby power. It houses two 12 VDC sealed lead-acid batteries. Specifically, it accepts batteries from 18 to 26 amp-hours. As a result, it provides reliable backup-power housing for the panel.
Construction
The BB-26 uses a heavy-duty steel enclosure. In addition, it ships with a dead-front panel for safety. Knockouts and keyhole slots speed up installation. Furthermore, the box can also house the CHG-75 battery charger.
Dimensions and listing
The enclosure measures 15.60" x 12.00" x 5.125". It weighs about 14 lbs. Moreover, the BB-26 is UL listed for fire alarm systems. Therefore, it suits indoor fire alarm standby-power installations.
