The Fire-Lite SD365R is an intelligent photoelectric smoke detector with remote test. It plugs into Fire-Lite addressable fire alarm panels. Specifically, it suits duct applications using System Sensor DNR and DNRW housings.
In addition, the SD365R reports its status continuously to the panel. As a result, technicians get fast, dependable smoke detection inside HVAC ductwork.
How the Fire-Lite SD365R Works
The detector uses an enhanced photoelectric sensing chamber. Therefore, it responds quickly to a broad range of fires. Also, it resists nuisance alarms from everyday airflow.
Furthermore, the SD365R supports LiteSpeed and CLIP communication. First, set the address with the rotary decimal switches. Then the panel can poll the device and run a remote test without ladder access.
