The Edwards G1F-CVM is a Genesis chime-strobe for commercial fire alarm systems. It combines a mellow audible chime with a multi-candela strobe. Moreover, the white housing carries “FIRE” marking for clear identification.
This appliance belongs to the compact Genesis series. Therefore, it delivers audible and visual notification in one low-profile unit. It suits offices, healthcare sites, schools, and similar spaces.
Selectable Candela Output
The strobe offers field-selectable output of 15, 30, 75, or 110 cd. As a result, you set the visual coverage to fit each room. In addition, a side switch locks the setting after install.
Chime Tone Options
With steady voltage, the chime pulses at 60 strokes per minute. Alternatively, you can field-configure it for temporal output. Furthermore, the chime offers selectable high or low dB output.
Installation
The G1F-CVM runs on 24VDC. Also, it mounts to a standard one-gang electrical box. The unit operates indoors between 32°F and 120°F.
