The Gamewell FPT-GATE-3-R is a FocalPoint gateway for Gamewell-FCI fire alarm networks. First, it links a fire alarm network to the FocalPoint Graphic Workstation. Then it passes network events to that monitoring software. As a result, operators see panel activity as text and color graphics in real time.
What the Gamewell FPT-GATE-3-R does
FocalPoint is Gamewell-FCI’s graphic monitoring and control platform. The gateway is the hardware bridge between the panels and that platform. Therefore it lets a workstation display device locations and event status. For example, staff can pinpoint an alarm to a spot on a floor plan. This speeds emergency response in large or multi-building sites.
