The Hochiki HCC24CW is a 24VDC ceiling-mount horn strobe in white. It combines audible and visual notification in one appliance. Specifically, it suits fire alarm systems in schools, offices, and healthcare facilities.
Please note: Hochiki has discontinued the HCC24CW. As a result, the recommended replacement is the Gentex GHSW.
Hochiki HCC24CW features
First, the strobe offers field-selectable candela settings. Technicians can choose 15, 30, 75, 95, 115, or 150 candela. In addition, a tamperproof switch locks the chosen setting.
The horn produces 90 dBA at 10 feet, measured per UL 464. Furthermore, it supports a synchronizable temporal-3 pattern at 2400 Hz. As a result, multiple devices can sound in unison.
