The Kidde FX-64R is a one-loop intelligent fire alarm control panel. Specifically, it supports up to 64 device addresses on a single SLC loop. In addition, it includes two Class B notification appliance circuits and a red surface-mount enclosure.
Datasheet K85005-0137 Issue 3.0 documents the FX-64R as part of the Kidde FX Series. Therefore, order the SA-DACT dialer separately if telephone reporting is required.
Kidde FX-64R features
First, the SLC loop supports any mix of intelligent devices up to 64 addresses. Also, the panel auto-programs to speed installation. Furthermore, two programmable LED switches with custom labeling are included.
In addition, NACs drive Genesis notification appliances with UL 1971-compliant strobe sync over two wires. As a result, horns can silence while strobes continue flashing until reset. Class A NAC wiring is available with the SA-CLA adapter module.
