Macurco CAL-KIT Field Calibration Kit (Cal-Kit 4)

The Macurco CAL-KIT is a field calibration kit for Macurco gas detectors. Specifically, it is the Cal-Kit 4 configuration. Technicians use it to verify and adjust gas detector response in the field. As a result, monitored areas stay protected by accurate, in-spec sensors.

This kit calibrates Macurco gas detection products. Therefore, it suits routine maintenance of fixed gas monitors. First, connect the regulator and cal hood to the detector. Then flow the calibration gas and check the reading.

What the Macurco CAL-KIT includes

• Calibration carrying case for organized field transport
• Tygon tubing, 2 ft length
• CD-CH calibration hood
• 0.2 LPM flow regulator (F)

Calibration gas is sold separately. Specifically, the correct gas depends on the detector and target gas. For example, carbon monoxide, combustible, and oxygen detectors each use a matched cal gas. Contact us if you need help choosing the right gas.
