Macurco GD-6 Combustible Gas Detector

The Macurco GD-6 is a fixed combustible gas detector, controller, and transducer. It monitors for methane (NG), propane (LP), or hydrogen (H2). As a result, it warns of combustible gas buildup before it becomes dangerous. The gray housing suits commercial and industrial spaces.

This single unit detects, displays, and controls. First, it measures gas from 0 to 50% of the Lower Explosive Limit (LEL). Then it drives relays and a 4-20mA signal. Therefore, it can run fans, trigger alarms, and report to a control panel.

Use the fan relay for valves, louvers, or exhaust fans. In addition, wire the alarm relay to warning devices or a control panel. Specifically, the GD-6 fits mechanical rooms, parking areas, and process spaces.
