The Silent Knight SK-4XZM is the zone relay module for SK-4 and SK-4E fire alarm control panels. These are four-zone conventional panels from Silent Knight. The SK-4XZM is the factory option module that adds zone relay outputs to them.
Use this module when other building equipment must respond to a zone condition. For example, fire alarm relay outputs commonly drive HVAC shutdown or door release. However, always follow the SK-4/E installation manual for wiring and programming. Relay ratings and connection details are documented there.

Compatibility
The SK-4XZM pairs with the SK-4 (120 VAC) and SK-4E (240 VAC) panels. It is not an addressable SLC device. Therefore, do not specify it for IntelliKnight addressable systems.
