The Vesda TUBING-250 is black polyethylene sampling tubing. It measures 1/2″ OD by 3/8″ ID. Also, it is FPE-rated and ships in a 250-foot roll.
First, the tubing carries air from sampling points to the detector. Then the detector analyzes that air for smoke. As a result, the ASD system warns of fire early.
