The Wheelock ELHSW is an Eluxa LED horn strobe for wall-mount fire alarm signaling. It combines an audible horn with a visual strobe in one white device. Therefore it delivers both alert tones and light from a single appliance.
Wheelock ELHSW candela and tones
This horn strobe runs on 24V power and carries FIRE lettering. In addition, it offers six candela settings: 15, 30, 75, 110, 135, and 185 cd. It also provides three horn patterns: Continuous, Temporal 3, and T3/T4. As a result, one device fits many rooms and signaling needs.
Installation features
First, a single-gang design simplifies wall installation. Then a hinged mounting plate supports pre-wire and pre-test work. Furthermore, you change candela and tone settings without tools.
Listings
The Eluxa horn is UL Listed under Standard 464. In addition, the strobe is listed under UL 1971 for indoor fire protective service. As a result, the ELHSW meets indoor notification requirements.
