The Fire-Lite ECC-50BDA is an intelligent distributed audio amplifier with backup power. Specifically, it expands speaker capacity for the ECC-50/100(E) Emergency Command Center. In addition, an onboard backup amplifier keeps audio running if the primary stage fails.
You can field-select the output for 25 Vrms or 70.7 Vrms. Therefore, it matches whichever speaker scheme the project uses. As a result, one amplifier fits both common voice-evacuation designs.
Power and Zones on the Fire-Lite ECC-50BDA
The amplifier delivers 50 watts or 100 watts of primary audio power. Also, it adds 50 watts of backup power for reliability. Furthermore, it includes eight built-in, fully supervised speaker circuits. Therefore, one unit drives up to eight speaker zones.
