The Gamewell MBB-2 is a 2-unit modular back box for Gamewell-FCI Multi-Mod input and output modules. First, the cabinet holds up to two Multi-Mod units. In addition, it provides the standard wiring entry and mounting points used across the MMI and MMO product family. As a result, integrators can group multiple modules behind a single cabinet door.
Where the Gamewell MBB-2 is used
The Multi-Mod product family includes high-density input and output modules such as the MMI-6SF (six-zone sub-loop input), MMI-10F (ten-input monitor), MMO-6RF (six-relay output), and MMO-6SF (six-signal output). Furthermore, two of these Multi-Mod units fit into one MBB-2 cabinet. Therefore, the MBB-2 is the right back box when a panel needs a pair of MMI or MMO modules in a shared enclosure.
Also, larger groupings use the MBB-6 cabinet and the MCH-6 chassis. As a result, the MBB-2 sits at the smaller end of the same Multi-Mod mounting line.
